F.I.T.T. for Summer Programme

Fear not… Monday is almost over, which means we are 24 hours closer to the weekend 🙂

As promised, my 10 Week Programme is ready.

I’m labelling it the Summer Programme, because by the time we’ve finished both Parts One and Two, summer will be here, and we can bask in all three weeks of it :-).

I’m considering it a working document, because as I discover, remember and learn new exercises I will add them in to keep the variety up!




I’ve got my super-sized chalkboard calendar ready…… 🙂
