Nutritional Consultation

WHO IS THIS FOR:

Is your energy low, are you trying to lose weight, are you looking for guidance to fuel your training with great grub, seeking better digestion or to simply improve health.
Then my Nutritional Consultation could be for you.
This is a very empathetic re-apraisal of your habits with firm goals based on what you want to achieve.
Agreed, achievable, realistic targets will be agreed for you to practise and adopt, with a follow up session to re-assess and tools to help you on your own.

Following assessment one full consultation session (aprox 90 mins) and a follow up session (apron 30 mins).

Personal Training

WHO IS THIS FOR:

Are you looking for personalised fitness advice, tailored to your goals… weight loss, building muscle, getting fit, improving health?
Have you committed to run a half-marathon but don’t know where to start?
Exercise has to be fun, challenging and rewarding.
Set your goals… and reach them with one of my Personal Training Options.
Option 1: One-to-one Personal Training sessions (Oxford based).
Option 2: Program planning for you to train alone. These programs will be tailor made to your goals and your lifestyle, making consistent workouts achievable and fun. One month of workouts with weekly support.
